Lifestyle is a gated community in Costa Mesa’s South Coast Metro area. It is one of the city’s five main regions. Residents are close to schools, shopping, dining, services, parks, and beaches.

South Coast Plaza, the West Coast’s largest mall generates over a billion dollars a year in revenue. It offers more than 300 boutiques, and restaurants and is the home of the Segerstrom Center for the Arts. This community is also close to the Orange County Performing Arts Center which hosts concerts, Broadway plays, and special events.
Costa Mesa was once a farming community but is now known for its retail centers, and light manufacturing. This city brings in a million visitors a year to the Orange County Fair, and is popular for the Pacific Amphitheater. The venue has sponsored acts like Madonna, Steppenwolf, and Kelly Clarkson. Top employers include Experian, Fairview Developmental Center, Coast Community College District Foundation, Orange Coast College, the Automobile Club of Southern California, and First Team Real Estate.
